Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge, Long Lake panorama

The S Unit of this preserve takes drivers on a loop road past lowlands in between lakes and water channels. A great many migratory birds stop here, as well as deer, turtles, frogs, coyotes, nutria and year-round bird residents.
