Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge, S Unit, Driving Through Trees

A four-mile loop road takes people through wetlands and meadows at the S Unit, Ridgefield, WA. A great many birds migrate through, and there are many year-rounders as well. Dramatic cottonwood trees always look a little put out by the visitors.
