Wetlands and Forest Beaver Habitat: Old Lodge

Three creeks merge near Camas, WA. Beavers have built dams and lodges over many decades here. Trees are leafing out in spring foliage streamside and the wetlands are full of life. This is an old lodge where the top has fallen through. Inside are smaller sticks and dried grasses for bedding. Beavers are still using this area.
